Terms of Use

By accessing or using the FFID services, including the AI Agents platform, the WhatsApp Business API and other features, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.

If you are using the services on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

FFID offers a platform of specialized AI Agents for sales automation via the WhatsApp Business API, including:

Auria Realty — AI Agent for customer service and lead qualification (SDR) via WhatsApp;

Auria Cred — AI Agent for analysis and pre-approval of real estate credit;

Auria Scout — AI Agent for intelligent qualification and segmentation;

Auria Connect — AI Agent for automated scheduling of visits;

As well as integrations with CRM, ERP, BI and other sales management tools.

We are official Meta providers (WhatsApp Business API) and operate in compliance with the Meta Commerce Policy and the WhatsApp Business Policy.

By using our WhatsApp messaging services, you undertake to:

Obtain prior and explicit consent — Collect opt-in from recipients before sending any proactive message, clearly stating the company name and the types of messages they will receive;

Honor opt-out immediately — Provide a clear cancellation mechanism (e.g., "Reply SAIR (Portuguese for exit) to cancel") and process requests immediately;

Categorize messages correctly — Use templates approved by Meta, classified as Marketing, Utility or Authentication;

Keep consent records — Store the date, time, method and content of the opt-in in an auditable way;

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension of the services and liability of the customer.

It is expressly prohibited to use the FFID services to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content;

Sell products or services prohibited by the Meta Commerce Policy, including weapons, drugs, tobacco, adult content, cryptocurrencies, unlicensed gambling and pyramid/MLM schemes;

Share customers' personal data across different conversations or for unauthorized purposes;

Transmit full credit card numbers, identity documents or sensitive financial data via WhatsApp;

Use the services for harassment, discrimination, threats or any illegal activity;

Attempt to circumvent message limits, quality rating or restrictions imposed by Meta;

Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written authorization.

FFID: We undertake to keep the platform operational, secure and in compliance with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and Meta policies. We continuously monitor quality and information security.

The Customer: You are responsible for the content of the messages sent, for obtaining and maintaining recipients' consents, and for the accuracy of the information provided.

Limitation of liability: FFID is not liable for damages arising from: (a) misuse of the platform by the customer; (b) suspensions applied by Meta for violation of its policies; (c) unavailability of third-party services (WhatsApp, infrastructure providers); (d) business decisions made based on information provided by the AI Agents.

FFID's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months of service.

FFID reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services, without prior notice, if:

These Terms of Use or Meta's policies are violated;

The quality rating of the WhatsApp number reaches a critical level due to complaints from recipients;

Use for illegal purposes, or use that could harm the reputation of FFID or Meta, is identified;

Payment is overdue for more than 30 days.

In case of termination, the customer's data will be kept for 90 days for possible export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property in the AI Agents, algorithms, interfaces, the FFID brand and the Auria family remains the exclusive property of FFID.

The customer retains ownership of its data and content, granting FFID a limited license to process them exclusively to provide the contracted services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) where applicable.

The venue of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP is elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms.
