Our origin
Born to run what cannot fail
The story began in 2008, long before artificial intelligence took over every conversation, and became a company in 2018, inside WebForce. It was born to solve a real problem: no company loses customers for lack of product, it loses them by letting the conversation go cold. In 2026 that track record got the name that always described it best: Tailor.ia.
Instead of one more off-the-shelf software, we build sovereign AI infrastructure, dedicated to each operation. Today we power some of the heaviest operations in Brazil, with more than R$ 20 billion in orchestrated sales volume (VGV).
Backed by Bossa Invest and Google for Startups, we keep investing in product, with a focus on artificial intelligence.
