Every company with employees under the CLT (Brazil's labor code) must comply with NR-1, regardless of size or industry. That includes the PGR (Risk Management Program), the risk inventory and action plans.
The PGR (Risk Management Program) replaced the old PPRA and is the core document of NR-1. It must include the occupational risk inventory and action plans with prevention measures, and it is mandatory for every organization with employees.
